Our brand offers a variety of eco-friendly jewelry made with natural materials and textures that we reuse with organic waste from fruits that are designed from completely artisan techniques and processes avoiding the emission of polluting products that damage the environment.
For this reason, we want to share a few tips with you so you can take better care of your jewelry and to prevent tarnishing, scratches and dullness but most importantly, to keep them in good condition.
• Avoid showering or swimming with your jewelry. It's a good idea to remove your jewelry before going to the beach, pool or when you shower. Water can be corrosive, and the chemicals we use every day can cause a host of issues with your fave jewelry picks.
• It is advisable to apply your skin care routine products before wearing your jewelry and to also remove it before beginning your facial routine at night. While hydration is undoubtedly important, creams often leave behind a residue that can discolor your jewelry – especially oils, chemicals, and other sources of moisture like sweat.
• Apply your beauty products before wearing your jewelry, and do not expose them to alcohol and chemical based substances such as hand sanitizer, body cream, oils, and perfume as they can lose their natural pigment.
• Exposing your jewelry to excessive sweat is not good for your jewelry.
• We strongly suggest our customers to keep the jewelry in its original and sustainable packaging for better protection.

Please be aware that because fruits are made out of natural components, the jewelry overall appearance may vary in shapes and colors. Also, you may have noticed a slight color variance compare to the images displayed on your screen device.
Our pieces are carefully and manually handmade and the techniques we use involves a non-industrial processing. Therefore, any small imperfection is what makes a unique piece designed just for you.
PURCHASE PROCESS
ORDER RECEIVED
Once your order is complete and your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the purchase details and the order number.
ORDER IN PROCESS
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email indicating that the order is being processed to be shipped.
ORDER SENT
You will receive an email informing you that your order was sent to the delivery address, a tracking number will also be included so that you can track your shipment and see the status of the delivery.
SHIPPING METHOD
- We use different courier companies to ship all over the world. The packages we send within the USA, will be delivered by USPS.
- Delivery times vary depending on the courier company. Within the USA, the delivery of your order will be between 3 and 8 business days after the order is confirmed. If you would like to modify the information provided (for example the delivery address) you must do so on the same day you placed the order. If you request adjustments later, additional charges may be generated.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery, loss of packages by shipping companies, or any other problem once your order has been shipped. In case of problems once your package has been sent, you must make the claim directly with the delivery company selected by you in your purchase process.
- If the order is returned by the transport company for not being able to deliver it, you are responsible for paying for the return shipment.

- Depending on the customs laws of the country where you are going to receive the package, additional tax charges may apply to the cost of shipping.

OUR REFUND POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES WITHIN THE USA.
RETURNS
We are sorry to hear that you want to return an item.
If you would like to return your purchase and be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, it must be returned unused, without having a fragrance to perfumes or beauty products, without damage, with its labels, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@vrseedsandfruits.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the product, the proof of purchase and the reason for returning the item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received the email and we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded an ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD issued by VR Seeds and Fruits to your email for the value of your original purchase within a period of no more than 8 business days, and that you can use in our online store and in any product or collection up to a maximum period of 15 business days from the time you receive your Gift Card in your email. After these 15 business days, your Gift Card will expire.
Please note that under no exception can we refund the money in your original payment.
We reserve the right not to accept the items returned to us without first requesting a return, also to refuse the return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the labels and their original packaging are missing.
Note: All shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as well as any price difference on the new product. Once the package has been sent, the tracking number must be sent to info@vrseedsandfruits.com
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products and items or parts for a special order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift cards either.
We apologize, items purchased outside the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are the final sale.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase with the electronic GIFT CARD that you will receive in your email within a period of no more than 8 business days, and that you can use for 15 business days, before it expires, and thus obtain the new item.
If it has been more than 8 business days since we approved your return, and you still do not receive your electronic Gift Card, do not hesitate to contact us at info@vrseedsandfruits.com, we will contact you as soon as possible to answer any questions.
